Traditional wide-angle LEDs often suffer from brightness drop at wide angles, severe edge light decay, and uneven light spots. To compensate, the industry typically resorts to denser LED placement or additional secondary optics, resulting in complex fixture designs and higher material and assembly costs.
To address these pain points, Hongli Zhihui has launched its newly upgraded Ceramic 3535 Ultra-Wide Uniform LED, breaking the technical limitation that "wide angle must mean lower brightness." Through an optimized optical light distribution structure, it achieves a 150° symmetric ultra-wide beam with significantly expanded coverage while maintaining luminous flux on par with standard 120° Ceramic 3535 LEDs. This means no brightness loss at wide angles and no decay when expanding coverage. The product covers the full wavelength range of 450nm–730nm and all white light color temperatures.

With precision optical tuning, the white LED delivers uniform light output from –75° to +75°, with no glare and no edge dark decay. The light spot is smooth and soft, eliminating layering and mottled discontinuities and allowing the removal of diffusing lenses to simplify overall fixture design.
Key advantages:
Wider illumination range at the same brightness, directly translating into fixture cost savings
150° full-area uniform light for complete plant canopy coverage
Eliminates light dead spots and uneven light distribution
Improves supplemental lighting efficiency and crop productivity
Also compatible with panel light uniformity, industrial flood lighting, and equipment lighting
Outstanding cost-performance
Ideal for horticultural lighting and beyond, this new Ceramic 3535 series delivers efficient, uniform, and cost-effective illumination.
